Hello and welcome to our week 2 of the live SEO case study using our automatic backlink software.

What we targeted for the previous week

1) Building more backlinks using our automatic backlink software for blog commenting. Our target was to build about 20 to 30 backlinks per day using the same software. We didn’t wanted to spam the search engines and leave a footprint by posting 100s.

2) We also planned to do social bookmark using our in development secret automatic social bookmarking software. (shhhhh…..don’t ask us about this now!)

3) We also planned to apply to www.dmoz.org

4) Move up Google search position and Yahoo search positions.

What we achieved during the last week:

1) When we started last week (4th July 2010) the site www.graphicdesigntutorials.org had 73 links. You can refer the link to the previous post here.

When we last took the report on 15th July 2010 running our Traffic Travis Pro software we found the below results. Wow! can you believe that we secured about 538 backlinks to the site graphicdesigntutorials.org in just about 10 days? See, the result with your own eyes!

2) We also posted to about 26 social bookmarking sites with our secret automatic social bookmarking software. See the below report of the sites submitted.

3) We applied to DMOZ directory. Pray that our listing appears soon! (maybe a year).

4) Search positions in google.com remained at position 19th on 2nd page for the search term “graphic design tutorials” and surprise surprise surprise!!! in http://search.yahoo.com it moved up to position 8th of first page for the same search term “graphic design tutorials”.

Next week we are planning to build more backlinks with our automatic backlink software in phased manner using different search term and spin combinations.

We also plan to use another of our secret software for automatic press release submitter. We plan to submit press release to about 30 free press release sites.

No hurry….results doesn’t come instantly, we need to work with the search engines and not against it!
